Tempest 8' 2" 3wt. (Dun) Fiberglass Blank
The Tempest is an 8'2" 3wt fiberglass blank designed around a smooth, controlled medium action. Built from E-glass, it delivers the softer feel and natural loading characteristics that make fiberglass so enjoyable while maintaining the precision and recovery needed for accurate casting.
The progressive taper loads smoothly from the tip through roughly two-thirds of the blank, creating a deep, connected casting stroke that protects delicate tippets and presents flies with confidence. The medium action provides feel and feedback without becoming overly soft or sluggish.
Finished as a four-piece blank, the Tempest offers classic fiberglass character.
The Tempest ships with a black nylon rod sock and spec. labels.
