Q: Do you offer any discounts or sales?
We’ve built our reputation on honest and fair pricing, which is why we don’t offer discounts, codes, or promos. Our prices are consistent year-round, so you never have to worry about gimmicks or coupon codes. We believe offering great products at a great value is the foundation for long-term success. While you may find similar products at steep discounts elsewhere, many of those are factory seconds sold as "first run" items. We cannot offer replacement parts for products not purchased directly through our store.
Q: Can I order an extra tip or replacement section for a blank?
Currently, we do not offer extra rod sections. Manufacturers often charge the full price of a blank for extra sections. The best solution is to order an additional blank and use the section you need.
Q: Can I add to an order or combine orders?
We used to offer this, but due to the high volume of requests, it became difficult to keep track of orders and additions. Unfortunately, we’re no longer able to add items to an existing order or combine multiple orders for shipping. If we find a workaround, we’ll bring this service back!
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we do! Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the product, and items must be in new condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Discounted and custom items (including agate guides) are not eligible for return or exchange. A $5 return processing fee applies to returns under $10. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Simply use the form at the top of our homepage or at checkout. We’ll provide multiple shipping quotes with no handling fees added.
