Ephemera (French Silk)

Ephemera is a fine French silk with a wonderfully natural, tactile character. It offers subtle feedback as it passes through your fingers, laying down cleanly onto the blank and making it an absolute pleasure to wrap with.

There's an old-world quality to the silk—refined and smooth, yet distinctly different in the hand. If you've wrapped with Kimono or YLI, both excellent silks, you'll notice the difference. Ephemera has a character particularly suited to wrapping by hand, with a feel that makes the process as satisfying as the finished work.

From its distinctive wooden spools to its carefully dyed colors, Ephemera is a beautiful, easy-to-work-with silk that brings something different to the rod-building bench.
