Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand that occasionally an item may need to be returned.
Unused and unaltered items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Before sending a return, please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the merchandise refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items that have been used, installed, cut, modified, engraved, or otherwise customized cannot be returned.
If there is a problem with an item you received, please contact us. We’ll work with you to determine the best solution.
Once a return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
