Salamander 4wt. 7' 6" three piece fiberglass blank
The Salamander 4wt. 7' 6" fiberglass blank features a medium/fast smooth progressive action and quick tip recovery. The Salamander features spigot ferrules, a nice compact 3 piece design, and a translucent tangerine orange. The Salamander is made from continuous filament E-glass. I have been fishing the Salamander with both a DT 4wt. line and a DT 5wt. and both work great. I Like a little extra line weight when fishing open water, but prefer the lighter 4wt for small streams. The tippet protection is outstanding and the rod loads beautifully.
