Extra grade cork rings by CORKRINGS UNIPESSOAL
Our Extra grade cork rings come from Marcia, who is well known in the rod building industry. These rings are graded annually and represent a clean and very structurally sound ring. Being one step down from Flor grade, Extra grade will have few more imperfections, but are perfect for most rod and when sanded make excellent grips. Each ring is 1 1/4" x 1/2 with a 1/4" bore. The cork is not bleached so there will not be any surprises when sanding it to shape. For those referencing the Rod Maker's Cork Grade Scale these rings rate at CG2 - with a mix of CG1 rings for larger bags.
Extra grade rings can be ordered in bags of 10, 50, and 100.
