Spey / switch rod custom guide set
Our custom guide sets are assembled by hand one-at-a-time based on your particular rod. Please use the drop down menus and text boxes to provide as much information as possible regarding the blank you are working with and any additional considerations. All custom guide sets will include the following:
tip top
full set of running guides
stripping guide(s)
hook keeper
winding check
If you are not sure of the line weight rating for your blank please mention that in the "additional information" box.
For determining the tip top size, the best way is to measure with a caliper about 1/4" down from the tip. If you don't have a caliper you can use a drill bit gauge and then convert the size to a decimal here:

Still not sure what size you need? We offer a three piece tip top set that has different sizes based on the specs. of your blank.
For the winding check size please provide the butt diameter and length of the upper and lower grip including the reel seat. We can calculate the check size based on that measurement.
