Slide band hardware (swaged)
We had these slide band rings made with a bevel (swag) machined into the open end. The result is a slide band that grips like a steel, weights next to nothing, look great, and work with a wide range of reels. We started with 6061 aircraft grade aluminum and put a simple knurl pattern on the outside and cut a shallow bevel on the inside of each ring. Rings are sold in pairs and can be ordered in three finishes: chrome, black, antique gold.
