Tribute 8' 8wt. fiberglass blank (four piece with tip over ferrules)
The Tribute is the latest in our fiberglass blank lineup. The Tribute is a powerful, but subtle 8' 8wt. that is perfect for streamers and wind resistant poppers. The tip offers nice tippet protection and the lower sections offer plenty of reserve power to throw large flies with control. Being able to access the lower strength of the blank also makes it great for turning fish on the run. I fished this blank all last summer and it is a real joy to cast. I fished wooded rivers with low coverage and the 8' length was perfect for streamer work.
The Tribute comes with a rod sock and spec. labels. You can order a guide set, custom label, and alignment dots below. We also offer the Tribute in a complete kit form that includes a grip and reel seat.
